Planting Time
- These potted Blueberry plants can be planted all year round
- Best to plant them the moment they arrive
- Best time to plant: January to April
Where to Grow Blueberries
- Blueberry plants require full sun
- Must be grown in acidic soil
- While they are self pollinating, they benefit from being planted with a pollinator
- The soil should be well drained & fertile
- Add farm yard manure before planting
- If your soil is alkaline (high in lime), add ericaceous compost
- You can grow in a planter or grow bag
- Ensure soil is weed free at all times
Caring for Blueberry Plants
- Watering is very important
- Mulch up around the base of plants to maintain acidity of soil
- No need to prune in first 2 years
- There after, reduce stem by one third
- Also remove all dying, diseased & crossing branches
Note: We don't ship plants on Fridays due to the extended period they would remain without light & water

- Bulk bags & large orders are shipped via pallet couriers on a rigid lorry
- Delivery is to kerbside only
- If road access to your site is tight, then please advise us before purchasing
- Please Note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery on pallet deliveries
- Also, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day (Please allow 1-3 days for delivery)
- It's always best to order well in advance to avoid disappointment
- Cancellation of pallets when items are already in transit will incur a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee (To cover return delivery costs)
