- Grown for spectacular Autumn colour
- Suited to sun or shade
- Vigorous climber will quickly cover walls

Boston Ivy Climbing Plants - Planting Instructions
Sowing Time
- These potted plants are suited to planting all year round
- Do not plant in frosty conditions
Hole Preparation
- Ivy likes it's roots to be positioned in shade
- Dig a deep planting hole for ideally 1½ft deep
- Roots of climbers need space to grow
- These plants are not suited to containers or limited root zone space
- Plant approx. 2" deep to encourage new shoots to develop from ground level
- Mix in well rotted manure
- Also mix in a small handful of fertiliser
Handling the Plants
- Take care not to damage plant's roots
- Water plants before & after planting
- Feed plants over the Summer months
- Use a fertiliser high in phosphorus & potassium
- Mulch up around the base of plants after planting
- Only requires a small amount of cutting back to keep plant in check

- There can be some confusion around the different leaves of the Boston Ivy.

- Also, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day (Please allow 1-3 days for delivery)
- It's always best to order well in advance to avoid disappointment
- Cancellation of pallets when items are already in transit will incur a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee (To cover return delivery costs)
