Please note: A person must to present to receive & off load deliveries
The product will need to be unloaded by hand (hand-balled) off the lorry side

Start off by measuring the width & length of your proposed decking
Plan which direction to lay your decking
Example 1: Deck area of 3m wide x 6m Long | Using 6mm Spacers | Boards laid length-ways
To find the number of board rows: Divide the deck width by the width of the board plus a 6mm spacing per board
To find the total linear metres: Multiply the length of the deck by the number of boards wide (given above).
To find the number of boards required: Finally divide the total linear meters (given above) by 4m (the length of the boards)
- Step A. 3m width / (0.145m + 0.006m) = 20 boards wide
- Step B. 6m length x 20 boards wide = 120 linear meters
- Step C. 120 linear meters / 4m board length = 30 lengths of 4m decking boards
Note: We recommend adding 5% as waste
To calculate how many 6mm fasteners: You will need 1 pack per 5m²
To calculate how many starter fasteners: You will need 1 pack per 15m²

Note: We don't ship plants on Fridays due to the extended period they would remain without light & water

Bulk bags & large orders are shipped via pallet couriers on a rigid lorry
Delivery is to kerbside only
If road access to your site is tight, then please advise us before purchasing
Please Note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery on pallet deliveries
Also, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day (Please allow 1-3 days for delivery)
It's always best to order well in advance to avoid disappointment
Cancellation of pallets when items are already in transit will incur a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee (To cover return delivery costs)
Where pallet delivery can not be made due to site access, a 40 euro per pallet cancellation fee will apply (To cover return delivery costs)

All courier orders require signed proof of delivery & the customer must be contactable by phone
We do not offer a weekend delivery service (Mon-Fri Only excl. Bank Holidays)
