How to Put Down Weed Control Fabric
Weed Control Fabric - Installation
- Remove existing weeds and grass completely before installing fabric
- Rake and Level the soil before laying fabric
- Unroll the fabric to the desired length
- If being installed on border cut X's
- to allow existing plants to peep through
- or where you wish to sow a new plant
- Overlap adjacent rolls by 7.5cm (3") and use Ground Cover Pegs to secure in position
- Finally cover with either bark or pebbles to a depth of around 2cm, which will both give:
- an attractive finish
- extend the life of the fabric
