I recently purchased a glass house which was delivered promptly on the week promised. The instructions were the worst I have ever encountered, just vague diagrams, no dialogue, and some of the components not numbered. Two panes of glass were incorrectly cut. Bundles of rubber arrived with only one packet with a number on it. It took two people 5 days to assemble. Product good, instructions awful.

Fantastic service bought some beautiful ivy was sent to Northern Ireland fast delivery safely delivered in well packed box arrived within 2 days very happy with product and service could not ask for more
