The measure of a business is how they deal with issues that might occur. In my case I needed to change the delivery address for my order. I emailed the request around midnight having completed the order with the incorrect address and my concern was that the order would already have been already completed before my email was noticed. However I had a reply from Celia before 8.30am next morning to say she had contacted the warehouse and updated the delivery address. Such a prompt service is a rarity these days. Well done Celia!

Very impressed, great service! I forgot to include a crucial item in my order, but I called & Celia assisted me sort the problem & add the item to the order. I have just received the Wolf Garten tools which seem to be very good quality & very useful! Delighted I discovered the Garden shop! Plus very fast delivery!
